Build the company from the ground including: SAP ERP, SAP CRM implementations, B2B, B2C, Point of Sale (POS) website, business development (~18 employees). Our technology enables retail organizations to enable mobile phone trade-in program and benefit the end customer as well. Leading complex operational and strategic initiatives as CEO to enhance the trade-in usage among the points of sale in a measurable way to get bottom-line results (~25% yearly revenue growth rate). As a technical persona I am, I had built a cloud based (AWS) system to collect the performance data of the Points of sale and by using AI I enhanced performance of the weak points, by that increasing trade-in offering and performance of these locations.
