The Smart Rooms project aims to create a new IoT kit for children. This kit will let children a better understanding of the technological world around them, while also enhancing the room experience for the child’s development of identity and the self.- Working with the technical team on the development of a smart room (IoT) kit for children.- Writing a paper for an international conference about the ‘needs assessment research’ we conducted. The research was focused on children perception of their room and how they would imagine using IoT technologies in it.- Led the need assessment study of a new smart room kit for children.- Conducted user studies, experiments, and data analysis using thematic coding for research purpose.

Scratch is a block-based coding environment for children. With Scratch activity, we encourage creative thinking, computational thinking, and collaboration, all essential skills for life in the 21st century. Responsibilities:- Instructed five courses to help teachers teach coding using the Scratch and Micro:bit platform. - Created an interactive prototype for the Scratch Israel website for educators to use inside their classrooms.

Maketec is a maker space for children, aiming to allow children to create digital and physical crafts using technology.Responsibilities:- Constructing and teaching mentors program for seven different Maketecs branches.- The addition of four new Maketecs to the network, allowing an opportunity for over 100 children to learn and expand their creative skills interests.

Scratch Nodes are programmable devices that can be used by groups of children to play outdoors. Each device is equipped with various sensors and outputs that children can program using Scratch to be used in any game invented by the children.
