I am an analyst with a diverse background including 8 years of analytical experience (fraud & business). I have held in the past positions in sales, customer service and supervisory proficiency. Over the last 4 years I taught myself how to become a Fraud Prevention Analyst, investigating and preventing fraud both towards the company and internally. Prior to that, I spent 4 years as a Revenue Assurance Analyst, specializing in identifying revenue leakage. Both roles demanded using BO and other customized tools, identifying patterns in data or small / big indiscreetness, analyzing data, and creating complex models in Excel.I am highly motivated with unique leadership and social skills, a dedicated team player that works well under pressure. I am committed to quality and excellence, whilst remaining customer oriented. My strong technical background contributes to being a skilled problem solver, adaptable to new situations with self-teaching capabilities.
