I have been in the financial services industry for over 20 years and have extensive knowledge and experience in Australian Financial Services Licensee (dealership) operations. In my last role, I managed all of the back office operations for Australian Unity Personal Financial Services which included, compliance, paraplanning, advisory services, adviser transitions etc. Prior to moving to AUPFS, I worked at St Andrew’s Australia (part of the HBOS group which owned BankWest and Capital Finance), Lonsdale Financial Group, RACV Financial Services and AXA Australia in customer service, operations and compliance roles.
