• Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ELV systems – such as CCTV, Access Control system, Intercom, SMATV, Structured cabling, Gate barrier system, PBX, BMS, Sound system and home automation Systems (wired and wireless)• Provide technical support in preparing Engineering drawings, BOQ, submittals and other documents required• Inspect and observe work in progress to ensure that procedures followed and materials used confirm to Method of Statement, Project Specifications and Quality Standards.• Cost estimation (BOQ) of Low Voltage system projects• Conduct regular site visits to ensure installation standard is satisfactory• Raising RFI for any design discrepancy or any additional information in the systems• Coordinate with clients, Consultants, Architect, Main Contractor, Sub-contractors and system Supplier for the Project Execution.• Supervise, monitor and report Project progress throughout the project cycle to ensure on time completion and attend Project Progress Meetings • Execution and supervision of project activities such as drawings, submittals, procurement, follow-ups, manpower handling, handing over etc.• Oversees periodic inspections and Preventive maintenance of the installed equipments and devices• Record keeping of all technical details• Co –ordination with work supervisory consultants for inspecting the site installations

 Monitoring, supervising and troubleshooting of BMS system, Access Control System, CCTV, Gate barrier systems (Number plate reader and Card reader),Irrigation system, Central Battery System, Fire alarm System, Lighting control panel and DALI system Monitoring the performance of building management systems and making appropriate adjustments on all field devices installed Analyses reasons for failure of field devices and provides necessary remedial action Managing maintenance contractors for carrying out planned preventative maintenance Understanding the drawings for troubleshooting of various faults in the field  Coordinating with contractors for attending break down jobs  Worked with the team & technician to carry out desired output and to act as a leader to find out the remedies of problem

Roles & Responsibilities:Supervise the transmission of different digital cable TV channels from main head end digital control room to different regional control rooms Troubleshoot the problem that occurs in transmitting different digital cable TV channels. Maintenance and controlling of main head end digital control room. Maintenance of equipments like digital satellite receivers, encoders, multiplexers,iplexes, switches and media converters.Maintenance and configuring of equipments like Trasmux, BQ (Broadcast QAM), D5 (Universal edge QAM), IP encoders in different digital regional control rooms.Configure the digital set top box that has been provided to individual customers.
