System Analyst
CurrentRoutine activities include interaction with the IT and business stack holders ensuring smooth operations, production support, monitoring applications, and troubleshooting issues in a fast-paced, multi-tier, interactive, and highly dynamic setup.Supporting and maintaining applications encompassing different technologies; custom .Net, Cold Fusion and Legacy Power Builder based in house-built Order Maintenance and Billing (OMB) applications and cloud-based JD Edwards (JDE) and Salesforce (SFDC) implementations.Monitoring and troubleshooting real time and batch synchronizations between the local applications, in house Oracle databases and JDE and SFDC clouds employing customized .Net middleware and the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).Works with the IT and business teams by estimating effort, scheduling projects, prioritizing tasks, managing resources, attending daily/weekly meetings, and answering technical and project specific questions for new projects as well as existing applications enhancements and support.Writing code for maintenance and updates to the .Net (Visual Studio C#) and Cold Fusion (Scripting) applications and APIs as issues arise, bugs identified, and new features requested.Write complex PL/SQL queries for data pulls, report setup, or for troubleshooting various production support issues. Routinely write queries to extract data for the business users to act as KPIs to assist in key business decisions.Works on the Salesforce Sales and Service clouds using Salesforce Workbench, Developer Console, and Data Loader IDEs for support, maintenance and troubleshooting issues.
