• Responsible to work on company’s receivable includes preparation of complete aging reports on excel, provide complete invoice wise reconciliation to recovery department and provide customer wise detail receivable reports which are reconciled with customers & also visit Banks and other customers for ledger reconciliations.• Responsible to work on stock (Costing of imported items “Landed cost”, Preparation & maintaining stock reports, Physical audits, Preparation of margin reports for management & coordination with IT department in connection & development of SAP.• Responsible for quarterly physical stock audit and reconcile with stock ledger & provide stock report like ( Genset / Spares / Solar ) to management.• Responsibility to check and enter Engineers TA/DA expenses of Rental department.• To Check GGS wise rental Genset billing and coordination with rental department to coordinator for timing of billing and receivable of Rental customers.• Preparation and submission of different reports as per Management requirement• Preparation monthly bases Profit & Loss Statement Rental department for management.

• Worked on Accounts Payable including booking of A/P Invoices preparation of payment vouchers and deduction / submission of withholding tax as per rules.• Responsibility to verify all commercial invoices like (Generating Sets, Spares, Services, AMC Contract, Rental & Genset Installation invoices).• Responsibility to Check TA/ DA expenses of Service Engineers and enter in SAP • Coordination with service coordinator to make AMC Invoices monthly bases as per signed FSR reports from customers as per contract.• To assist Manager Finance in connection of preparation of monthly / quarterly / annually accounts for management & audit purpose.• Played key rule in implementation of SAP with consultants, working experience as a Super User on different modules like Purchase , Sales , Banking , Service , Inventory , Business Partners modules and also worked on Landed cost, Approval of Delivery Challan’s. of Spares / Generating set also prepare commercial invoices of installation job.
