Responsibilities:• Coordination of all Site Civil activities.• Maintaining the project schedules.• Materials at site are always available; plant and equipment required are available.• Ensuring that the quality of materials and installation of work is in accordance with the Acceptance criteria identified for the project and the Company Quality System.• Supervision of any subcontracted work to ensure quality and completion of work in accordance With project specification.• Review of planning and scheduling for the upcoming weeks and advising the Construction Manager / Section Head of any discrepancies to allow for changes in work load.• Completing all necessary documentation to be included in weekly and monthly reports for the Project Manager/Section head's review.• Checks drawing for any discrepancies and reports the same to the construction manager.• Ensure adequate numbers of labors are available at site to perform the work in time.• Ensure proper use of materials at site.• Carry out site inspections to assess the conditions of the Infrastructure Assets and to identify defects, as well as be on 24-hr standby for any emergencies.• Snagging & DE snaggingProjects:• Town Houses Reem11 Arabian Ranches 2, Dubai , U.A.E

Responsibilities: • Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors; monitoring and controlling performance.• Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying construction management system improvements.• Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions; providing non-project annual operating and capital budget information.• Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope; calculating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems; evaluating and implementing change orders.• Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases; obtaining approvals from buyers.• Prevents fines and interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.• Updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging construction practices and standards.• Inspects machinery to detect malfunction and directs repair or replacement of parts.Projects:• Namar School Project, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.• Technical College for Girls, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
