ATCO Laboratories Ltd. is one of the leading pharmaceutical manufacturer and exporter of Pakistan where I am currently working as Manager International Marketing. Following are my achievements and areas of working:Export Operations:• Handling business and export operations of 7 countries in Far East Asia and Africa.• Liaison with plant operations and logistics for successful and timely deliveries and execution of orders from order placement till delivery to distributors’ warehouse• Complete understanding of export operations & logistics, fiscal matters and documentation involved in the process. Royal Group is one of the leading export houses in Pakistan. Royal Group main export is Pharmaceuticals, Match Boxes, Confectionery and Textile to 35 countries around the world. I worked as Asst. Manager Marketing (East & Central Africa). The countries included in my territories were Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Eastern Congo, Kenya and Ethiopia. The main task was to monitor Sales trend in the East African countries and plan orders to keep appropriate inventory with the coordination with distributor. I was responsible for sales of US$ 3 million in the above countries.My main achievement in this company was to develop Rwanda from zero and took sales to US$ 800,000 in 9 months from pharmaceutical and matchboxes business.

Cotecna Inspection S.A. is a Swiss based multinational pre-shipment inspection company where I worked as a Liaison Officer (Quality Assurance). In this role I was responsible to draft, obtain approval for the various operational procedures for different departments, to give necessary education / training to the staff in understanding and following the procedures and ensuring compliance. Following the termination of the contract, I continued to work with the Company in cooperation with Pakistan Customs as part of the Contecna team responsible for the reconciliation of the final results of the scheme.I was appointed by Cotecna as a Chief Coordinator and was promoted to Liaison Office on 2nd December 1996. As Chief Coordinator my responsibilities were to deal with importers to help them to solve their queries / complaints. I was in charge of a team of ten Coordinators. I supervised / trained Coordinators to resolve the queries from our overseas issuing units raised by our internal analysts, importers or Pakistan Customs. I developed special software for the Coordination Department, which was much appreciated by the management and was approved for implementation in all our offices in the world. In recognition of my services to the Company especially with the clients / importers I received the award of Employee of the year for the year 1995.
