Promoted to the position Managing Fiannce & Accounts, inculding admission office and financial support depsrtment (allowing financial support to indigant partient). Supervising a team of more than 65 persons at two locations.  Responsible for:Working capital management. Submission of monthly financial reports to management. Peparation of annual accounts & external audit. Preparation and monitoring of annual budget including capital budget of Rs. 500 million.Costing and pricing of services offered.Monitoring of billing and receivables. Managing taxation matters. Managing financial support to indignant patients. Coordinating with MIS for development and changes in the ERP system. Preparation of reports for Board of Governors.  Controlling financial matters of SKMCH&RC Dubai Office. Managing books of accounts, conduct of audit in Dubai and management of bank transactions.

Manage finance, accounts, corporate and tax matters of more than 16 companies* Supervise staff of 30 people located at different offices and cities.* Ensuring that no loss of revenue occurs and costs are controlled as per company policy and budgets. * Ensure preparation of financial accounts as per international financial reporting standards, prepare books of account. *Dealing with banks to arrange financing facilities and leasing arrangements. * Manager short term investments for best utilization of available funds* Prepare budgets, monitor and report performance accordingly* Manage income tax and Sales Tax* As an additional responsibility, serve as Company Secretary of a number of private limited companies within the TAQ group with responsibility for the registration of new companies/trusts, documentation and arranging AGM, board meetings, drafting board resolutions & minutes of the meeting. Managing all the corporate requirements of SECP under Companies Ordinance.
