Responsibilities in CRISTAL GLOBAL:Computer aided drafting and design of mechanical structures including preparation of isometric Drawings, Piping layouts and details, Pipe supports & Steel structures.Preparation of P&IDs diagrams for expansion project.Co-ordinate with project team during the plant expansion projects.Design and preparation of piping drawings for installation of plant equipment (Pumps, Vessels, Compressors, Heat exchangers) as per engineering standard.Participate in pre-commissioning activities before handing over the operation team.Review the engineering drawings & prepare the final production drawings & bill of materials for production & material planning.Preparation of Bill of Materials and independently by physical site visits and taking measurements Preparation of layout drawings and their measurements. Working on As-Built drawings using AutoCAD.Co-ordinate with maintenance team for the construction of plant equipment’s and spares.Editing of P&IDs diagrams for process improvements.Preparation of Manhole, name plates, ladder & platform detail with attach clips, Insulation & fireproofing details, demister supports, base plates templates pipe support clips.Preparation of Piping General Arrangements / Layouts.Major Projects in CRISTAL GLOBAL:i. 6th Oxidation line Project. Review & check all the P&IDs in field during Pre-commissioning of 6th Oxidation Line.ii. Cristal Expansion Project - 2. (CEP-2). Participate in pre commissioning activities field verification of P&IDs and punch listing.iii. Cristal Management System Work Procedures & Work Instructions. Preparing of Cristal Management System Work Procedures & Work Instructions for Unit 200, 300,400, 500, 8000.iv. As Built P&IDs Project. Update P&IDs for All Units (100,200,300,400,500,600,800,850,8000,1000,6000,8000,9000).

Responsibilities in Attock Refinery :Piping:My job includes working in the Design section of Engineering Department.My main area of expertise is the process piping design and modification, which includes creating Auto drawings, MTO’s BOQ's Site Supervision and Cost estimation.Update existing facilities drawings according to site and update P&ID’s.Handling of Turnaround activities (TA, 2009, 2011)Prepared Piping drawings for API-650 storage tanks.As-built Drawings of Piping, Heat exchangers, pressure vessels, Oil storage tanks & Nozzle Orientation.Managing of files, drawing record & their retrieval.Modified drawings as per comments and submitted to consultant for approval.Verify the equipment nozzles according to piping Isometrics before construction.Checking of Drawings, facility visit and take decision regarding designing at site.Developing Overall piping plan. Preparation & checking of Piping General Arrangements / Layouts.Performing Engineering calculations related for design. Preparing / Checking of Piping isometrics. Preparing / Checking of Piping sections & details. Preparing / Checking of Equipment Layouts. Preparing / Checking of Equipment drawings.Preparing / Checking of Structural drawings.Preparing / Checking of Standard pipe supports & Special pipe supports drawings.Preparing / Checking of BOQ/ BOM & MTO.I have done line tracing of the plant to help me understand refinery operation.Tanks:.Preparing drawings for construction of new storage tanks as per API 650.Preparing drawings for repair of API 653 or riveted tanks.Preparing piping for new & old storage as per ASME B31.3.Structure:Preparation steel structure drawings for Vessels, Tanks, Heaters & Heat Exchangers & Piping Supports.Working under the following international standards:I.
