Allocates the annual maintenance and inspection (M&I) budget to the various plant assets in accordance with the maintenance cycles and TPMS calendar.

Preparation and presenting the Annual budget estimations (OPEX) for upcoming year and budget utilization details for the current year.Manage the availability and cost control of spares and purchased repair thus by providing a cost-effective solution for both Filling and packaging machines.Handling Operational Cost Reduction Projects to minimize the operational cost of products by reducing wastage and improving mechanical machine efficiency (MME).Close coordination with HSE department including the conduction of Safety Tool Box talk, recommendations for incident report, incident investigation and equipment quality assurance.Leading TPM circle meetings and ensuring teammembers to obtain clarity over TPM principles and initiatives followed by the implementation of TPM foundations.

Core responsibilities includes.Maintaining the Maintenance Execution plan up to defined limit.Establishing and maintain an effective system of maintenance by covering preventive, predictive and pro active maintenance from all aspects.Presenting the preventive maintenance plan for each quarter and aligning it with Tetra Pak.Providing the cost effective solutions for both filling and packaging machines.Categorising and taking action on system performance issues and initiating systematic operational improving strategies.Diagnosing all re-curing machine faults and exercising remedial measures to reduce costly downtimeProviding effective leadership and support to the highly responsive and experienced maintenance team.

My work in the Tetra Pak Department ranges from ensuring timely and effective machine maintenance including filling and line equipments.Major responsibilities includes.Initiating an overall system of Tetra Pak Maintenance System (TPMS).Ensuring timely delivery of spare parts for executing the preventive maintenance as per proposed plan.Conducting Pre/Post TPMS meeting by discussing the major technical abnormalities on machine. Maintaining the machine performance within targets. Handling breakdown situations by responding accurately and quickly to ensure speedy restoration of production.Supervising new projects and coordinating with Tetra Pak at all level.Leading Daily Operations Review (DOR) meeting.Maintaining positive correspondence with Tetra Pak personnel's at all level.
