I worked as a reservation agent in landmarkLimousine which was dispatch company and also provides different services in USA different states and i was responsible for booking and managing reservations for various services, such as car rentals, and other travel-related services. The main responsibility was to help customers plan and book their travel arrangements. This may include providing information about available options, making recommendations, and answering questions about travel logistics and costs.and in booking travel, reservation agent i was also be responsible for resolving customer issues and complaints related to their reservations. They may need to modify bookings, make cancellations, and handle refunds, all while maintaining a high level of customer service.
