• Conduct complex payment negotiations: Resolve compensation disputes concerning missing or damaged High Value items, coordinating with accounting, merchandising and asset protection teams to perform thorough due diligence saving money for the department while ensuring claims are paid out fairly and promptly.• Handle escalated complaints: Manage competing priorities and know when to escalate issues to bring to successful resolution ongoing complaints and find acceptable outcomes for issues already being handled within the department requiring escalated support measures. • Maintain a client book and manage high value accounts for VIP consignors: Working to build a good rapport with VIP clients developed a following of consignors, exclusively handling any ensuing issues and assisting with inbound valuations.• Coordinate various operational tasks, including inventory pricing: Work closely with virtually every other department to resolve operational tasks including pricing, merchandising, photography, copywriting and accounting. Building interdepartmental partnerships for more effective and efficient resolution and elimination of recurring common issues.• Trained and managed a team of thirteen representatives. Reporting exclusively to the managing director, solely responsible for interviewing, onboarding and intensive training of all new department hires. Thereafter, responsible for employee development and retention. • Tasked with creating training and learning literature. Working with HR, department directors and VP of Consignor Relations to streamline the training process and put in place protocols which vastly improved efficiency and output.

Responsibilities- Analyse how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallise targeted consumers insights- Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies-Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)- Coach the team and get the best from everyone- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions- Anticipate bottlenecks- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies- Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
