Role & Responsibilities- CLOUD SUPPORT ENGINEER  Worked as a Cloud support Engineer for the Indian Government client for Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.  Provided comprehensive cloud support services, leveraging expertise in AWS and Windows Administrator to ensure the optimal performance. Install and management of Windows Operating system and Related software stacks for various services to meet the client requirements. Responsible for system administration, installations, upgrades, patches, migrations, and troubleshooting. Level 2 support for complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime. SSL certificate configuration in web servers like IIS and Others. Installation and basic administration of MSSQL databases like backup and restoration of data using SQL native tool. Led the creation of New projects for both Windows and Linux environments, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices. Received Appreciation Latter for the successful implementation of iRAD (eDAR) Project across India from the senior officials
