I am working in Hadamard University as a Deputy Director City Campus. My job is to handle and manage all operations at city campus, Hadamard University. I am responsible for all areas like admissions, class rooms management, following time tables, conducting examinations, maintaining clean environment, security and related areas.

As a Manager Internal Audit, I was responsible for conducting internal audits covering all departments and functions e.g. Accounts, Commercial, Marketing, Planning and Production. I was reportable to the audit committee.• Planning, supervision and review of the internal audit engagement;• Developing and performing substantive and analytical procedures so as to determine the reasonableness of the financial statements’ assertions;• Helping management in developing new systems of internal controls;• Preparing Presentations and Audit Reports for BOD Audit Committee; and• Suggestions to management where the controls are ineffective and inoperative.

I was responsible for all facets of audit and related engagements assigned, from initial planning to the conclusion of examination and reporting thereon. A brief of major responsibilities include: •Planning, supervision and review of the audit engagement; •Developing and performing substantive and analytical procedures so as to determine the reasonableness of the financial statements’ assertions; •Review of accounting and internal control systems and suggestions for their improvements; •Preparation of financial statements on the basis of International Accounting Standards

I was envloved in various external audtis and ohter engagements at a team member level and also supervised many engagments as team leader. I was responsible for engagement management, client relationship management, preparing business proposals for the firm, reporting significant issues to clients, assisting clients in preparing financial statements, evaluating internal controls and providing ongoing advisory and value added services to clients. While working with PwC, I was responsible for following tasks: • evaluation of existing human resource i.e. qualification, experiences and responsibilities; • designing progressive organizational structure.; • proposing the requisite qualification and experience for various positions;; • comprehensive risk assessment including preparation of risk universe and three year rolling audit plan; • preparation of risk based Internal Audit Manual; and • training and on-the-job training for two months.
