• Customs Trade Compliance Manager for a multi-billion dollar organization.• Responsible for leading and executing the trade compliance operations strategy for CSA in the North America region, ensuring compliance with applicable trade laws and regulations, and communicating requirements both internally and externally with partners.• Manage customs trade compliance team responsible for import and export into and from North America, with responsibilities including: Inter-company transfer pricing, value reconciliation, USMCA/NAFTA reconciliation, valuation, country of origin, Free Trade Agreements, entry audits, export audits, restricted party or denied party screening, trade compliance metrics, duty drawback and SOPs.• Collaborate cross-functionally with various organizations including supply chain, manufacturing, legal and tax departments to ensure regulatory compliance, process efficiency and effective controls and support for old and new business.
