Nadege Dubuisson, Mph, Ches is a Healthy Homes and Communities Program Supervisor at Multnomah County. She possess expertise in health impact assessment, community outreach, program evaluation, public health, workshop facilitation and 16 more skills. She is proficient in Spanish. Colleagues describe her as "I had the pleasure of working with Nadege for the experiential learning component of my graduate program at Portland State when she worked as my preceptor, or supervisor for my project. I joined her team externally by seeking out an internship with OHA's Domestic Well Safety Program and she made me feel welcome from the start, not just interpersonally, but also by making sure that I had a well-appointed work station, knew which resources on the shared drive to use for background research, and who to reach out to on the team for further consult. She also made herself available for frequent check-ins about progress on my project (a literature review and best practice summary report) and genuinely cared about my success and contribtion to the team's larger program evaluation. Beyond what I learned from my research project , I also learned a lot from Nadege and her responsibilities with respect to coordinating and leading domestic well safety education meetings, committees, advisory boards, and outreach events with a variety of stakeholders in the vast Oregon state-wide community on behalf of OHA. She is passionate about health equity and making all voices heard, as demonstrated by her work in french-to-english translation health education documents as well as her role as a Health Educator through translating technical legal and medical jargon into plain English for consumer audiences. She is also a talented team-player and is skilled in working with diverse colleagues, clients, and community partners. Given her excellent oral and written communication skills, passion for community health and health equity, previous experience in coordinating essential public health programs at OHA, OSU, and the Marion County Public Health Department, as well as clearly demonstrated skills in leadership and mentorship, Nadege is very much an asset and a critical piece to both her current department within the Environmental Public Health Section and any future employer or public health department she may serve. " and "Nadege has multifaceted talent. She's got the knock out urban planning/public heath combo. She sees what's needed in projects that are lagging, and then, she eloquently gets the job done! As a team member she lifts up everyone around her. She's design-oriented, inclusive, and an excellent project manager. "

Listed skills include Health Impact Assessment, Community Outreach, Program Evaluation, Public Health, and 17 others.
