Je gère et anime une équipe de 13 à 16 salariés au quotidien, et suis responsable de la gestion, de la finance et des ressources humaines de la structure. Je gère les relations partenariales au croisement des attentes des acteurs institutionnels régionaux et négocie le positionnement de l'agence dans le paysage des acteurs du développement soutenable en région.Mes compétences :- Positionnement dans un jeu complexe d'acteurs multiples et de réseaux.- Développement de partenariats, impulsion de dynamiques de travail en réseau autour d'un projet.- Négociation financière et technique à différents niveaux de décision (élus, services techniques, financeurs...).- Management : conduite d'une équipe de manière collaborative, analyse stratégique, prise de décisions.- Orientation, contrôle et validation du travail des équipes. My core tasks consist in relaying information and advising project applicants on financing opportunities offered by the European Commission for renewable energy and energy efficiency projects on one hand, and for eco-innovation projects on the other hand. I also collaborate with the French Ministry of Sustainable Development and the technical services of ADEME in order to pass over to Brussels the French priorities for the IEE programme.In parallel, I am still in charge of the follow-up and coordination of two European projects :- INTERLINK, a FP6 project coordinated by ADEME, and which objective is to reinforce scientific cooperation between European Union Member States, sub-Saharan Africa and EECA countries on Environmental Research projects.- PROMOSCENE, a IEE project in which ADEME is a partner and which aims at enhancing the use of Structural and Cohesion Funds for financing sustainable energy projects in EU New Member States.
