Nadene has had over 20 years’ work experience, including 10 years in government, five years in the mining industry and the past six years as principal consultant at HSE Consulting.As Principal Consultant at HSE Consulting, Nadene has worked with over 40 clients across various industries including mining, pastoral, tourism and small business (i.e. construction, electrical) in the Great Southern and Kimberley regions of WA.Nadene has assisted clients to achieve international certification as well as developed management systems from inception. She has conducted numerous workplace inspections and annual audits, facilitated risk management workshops, developed incident management systems and incident investigation and providing advice, support and leadership to all levels of staff.Previous to her current role, Nadene had years of experience in environmental and mine site compliance, regulation, natural resource management and land use planning with a special focus on environmental management systems.
