- Preparation of full credit application includes all data require (background, account conduct, FSA and risk recommendations) through the provided documents.- Spread & analyze the audited financials submitted by the clients.- Co-ordinate with RM’s in improving credit line structure, mitigate/ minimize risks associate with lending.- Review / follow-up on accounts regularities.- Ensure that the credit proposal is referred to appropriate approvals levels.- Support documentation dep. by information regards the client approval.- Review the account conduct in case required any extension during the approval process.- Communicate with investigation dep. in case of appear negative info. To be more involved with the client business.- Assessing the risks involved in the presented requests by large corporate/SME’s team either new clients, renewals or modifications in the facilities structure.- Amending the facilities’ structure, securities and overall support whenever appropriate in coherence with the bank's risk policy & strategy.- Checking if the proposed facilities / transactions are in accordance with the Bank's credit policy & in coherence with the Central Bank of Egypt regulations.- Seeking technical advice from other concerned departments regarding any legal, regulatory & operation issues.- Giving an independent opinion by writing a clearly expressed risk recommendation covering all type of risk & proposing mitigates for said risks.- Staying abreast of economic, market & legal aspects related to / impacting the economic sectors to provide alerts to the management regarding any threats/warnings.- Close follow up of specific problematic sectors/accounts to ensure early intervention in order to preserve the bank rights.- Review all the provided bank statement transactions to ensure that it matching with client sales.
