Actually what I’ll say is based on what my directors & superiors used to tell me about my selfI used to hear them telling me that I learn too fast & can concentrate in many tasks & do all what I can to make everything come out in good way in the endActually doing many tasks become not easy with time but still I do all what I can to assure the success of the company I work in They also say it’s very good of me how I communicate with the other employees & that I’m always supportive & good listener & I give second chances when possible for every one work under my management but in same time if the mistakes repeated I’m very sharp about it , I always believed that a company can’t be working if everyone will be manager I say a good company is built on all level of employees & the smaller levels is the one need more attention & concern as they are the base for the company & us as managerial levels our task to work on comfort them & and feel belonging … yes we should manage them & find their mistakes but not to punish them it’s to teach them & show the right way to do things & work on improve their skillsI also believe that customers always right ,& my main concern to satisfy Every client if they right by fix the problem & give them proper Apologies , & if they wrong by show them the right thing politely … satisfied client might spread the word & bring me more clients but unhappy client he might not spread the word but still I lost him & that’s waste of the company resourcesDuring my life time I worked in many things & I can say I worked in the smallest level in everything till I reached up for higher position which allow me to understand & how the work should be doneI used to work as lifeguard ,swimming trainer , diver I’m also one of the first to work with computers in Egypt in 1993I like always to be updated about my workI’m very good in analyzing & observing & finding the mistakesThat’s what I can say about my selfThank you Nader Elzaiany
