My journey into business leadership has been a cumulative learning experience, each step paving the way for the next. It all began with programming three apps during my secondary school years, which not only honed my software building techniques but also introduced me to the world of databases and computers. Following this, I embarked on an Android development course, further expanding my software development skills. While pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, I continued to enhance my technical acumen by delving into software tutoring for applications like AutoCAD, Windows, Office, and Photoshop. Self-learning became second nature to me, as I explored these tools and mastered them independently. My foray into graphic design provided me with invaluable insights into branding techniques and user interface/experience design. Concurrently, working as a typist honed my documentation skills, preparing me for the meticulous documentation required in business operations.Transitioning into roles such as Computer User Support Specialist and Network and Computer Systems Administrator deepened my understanding of how people interact with technology. These roles taught me invaluable lessons in user training, technical infrastructure building, network management, and system security.Drawing on my mechanical engineering background, I reprogrammed packaging machines to optimize food packaging processes. This intersection of mechanical expertise and software proficiency underscored my ability to innovate and streamline operations.Lastly, as a co-founder and head of e-commerce, I've synthesized all my experiences into a comprehensive understanding of business operations. From company registration and legal representation to marketing strategies, sourcing, branding, and beyond, I bring a holistic perspective to every aspect of business management.
