Working with vendors to schedule shipping and delivery. Review product information, shipping information, verify cost and delivery dates before obtaining purchase order authorization. Raise purchase order and maintain monthly track record. Maintain timely and accurate Sales report, analyse monthly sales in order to identify slow and best sellers report to the management. Verify order against the purchase order to ensure everything is received correct in the warehouse. Verify current inventory and keep records to prevent inventory gaps. Check on the inventory level and place the orders as and when needed for new and existing products
