• Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters. • Maintaining proper corporate interactions, communicate and negotiate with the relevant local, state governmental bodies, public authority, external law authorities etc., creating relations of trust. • Review the legal risks involved in various business deals and share the same with the management and collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies. • Participating in the formulation of general management policy as a member of the executive management team and provide clarification on legal language or specifications to the management and all the company departments. • Analyze the risks while signing new business deals and also analyze legal information and do the essential paperwork to apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues. • Review and draft and solidify contracts and agreements and see to it that they comply with the legal norms. • Follow up company’s IP assets such as trademarks, copyrights and brand names (registrations & renewals). • Specialist to get activity licenses for the rental shops. • Represent clients at investigations; attend all the criminal trials for the office or company, discussion of witnesses and pathologists. • Working on Litigation (Civil, Criminal, Compensation, Labor etc...) • Corporate Establishing (Joint stock companies, partnerships limited by shares and limited liability companies). • Amendment of the Articles of Incorporation and Statutes. • Authorization of the Minutes of Meeting. • Writing all type contracts and other legal document.
