- Managing all the financial records; monitor day to day processing of accounts receivable and payables, payroll and the recording of all revenue transactions.- Preparing budgets, P&L, and Balance Sheet statements.- Managing the daily cash flow and implement agreed strategies.- Managing the implementation of financial management and accounting strategies, plans, policies and procedures.- Managing the preparation and reporting processes of payroll & employees’ leaves & benefits.- Managing the project required facilities – cash flow and financial related studies, with banks.- Managing the company’s bank accounts, studying & negotiating the bank facilities. - Follow up the legalization of the company with the lawyer.- Controlling the inventory.- Monitoring VAT transactions on a daily basis and preparing quarterly report to the concerned authorities.- Maintaining relevant files and documentation as per ISO requirements.- Reviewing the organization insurance policies, licensing, contracts, supplier relationships, and import-export requirements.- Providing direction and leadership to the department.- Recruitment, motivation, training and promotion of financial staff.- Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.

- Ensure timely processing of all payables/receivables payments & reconciliations.- Preparing project expenses report on weekly basis.- Managing the preparation and reporting processes of payroll & employees’ leaves, benefits & SSNF documentation.- Preparing financial reports and statements, and oversee day-to-day activities of the payable & receivable accounts.- Preparing subscriptions & payments to SSNF, VAT & Income tax.- Preparing monthly report to the shareholders.- Following up of account balances in banks & preparing monthly bank reconciliation. - Follow up the legalization of the company with the lawyer.- Monthly progressive meeting with the external auditor.- Controlling the inventory.- Oversee internal controls to safeguard the assets and resources and keep appropriate records for assets owned and possessed by the company in compliance with all internal and external reporting obligations.
