TECHNOLOGY DEPLOYMENT & TRAINING: Provide a technical support to targeted key customers in the region in coordination with the commercial team and aligned with the SMT strategy and offering.- Formulation support with customer and internally, Definition and implementation nutritional program, Farm visit/feedmill if necessary/Technical training of clients, meeting with customers technical departments. For key accounts customers, independently troubleshoots problems(nutrition/management/diseases), utilizing deep subject-matter expertise in at least one area and work directly with the commercial team. Apply our poultry technology and services at selected customers and prospects crucial for our future growth agenda. Develop the approach with the local commercial team (both key accounts managers as technical sales specialists) to achieve trusted advisor status at those customers and rally the team around the opportunity to facilitate business growth. Spend around 50 % of the time customer focused, whether this is side by side working with KAM giving support on distance or training and deploying our technology at customers. Manages and prioritizes Technical Services relationships with Customers. Lead the application and implementation of new technology developed (product, concept or service launches). Collaborates with go to market team by: providing product/ application/ service expertise, sharing intimate knowledge of the customers nutrition strategy and processes, providing insight to customer needs, trends and competitor comparisons.  Understanding the needs of progressive customer and translating them into business and development opportunities for the Jordan poultry technology and services pipeline. Identify new poultry business opportunities at customers and/or identify the needs for specific developments that have to be put on radar of the MEA Poultry Strategy / Participate in global poultry meetings and exhibitions
