* Strategy and Development: Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Supplier Quality activities and value engineering projects* General and Task Management: Lead supplier development strategy, designing the metrics for the function and supplier performance Carry out supplier validation audits, with supplier support and supplier advanced product quality planning. Support Purchasing with the supplier approval process by assessing manufacturing/technology capabilities and food safety risksSupport new product launches to ensure suppliers are capable of delivering to the required quality standards Manage the root cause analysis and corrective actions process of supplier quality issues Perform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions of supplier quality issues Review and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain Where appropriate work with the supplier directly, create corrective action plans to address process failures Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Lean, Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), Measurement System Analysis and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) Review documentation of inspection results across all areas. In appropriate functional areas,* People Management: Manage, coach and develop a high performing Supplier Quality team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements Provide leadership, direction, management and development to the Supplier Engineering team

Responsibilities :-Working with Quality Manager plus dotted line to supply chain Manager in both upstream and downstream supply chain.- Upstream supply chain :* Improve quality through supplier development by sharing information, specifications and operation instructions with suppliers.* Lead quality and safety audit at supplier site and follow up gaps closing. - Downstream supply chain:* Maintain product quality by enhance quality awareness, and control in operation to reduce quality loss.* Lead a quality audit on distribution centers “DC” ,3PL distributors and retails to reach highest level of alignment and commitment * Lead complain handling procedure (customer, consumer and inter market supply IMS) by lead investigation using RCA technique and stablish the corrective action then give feedback to customer.* Lead Export process by final inspection of (truck ,pallets ,handling ,date logger and labeling ) * Stablish and maintain the full compliance with all regulation local (Froneri, Egyptian) or external requirements (exported countries, HALAL, ……. )

Responsibilities :-• Working with and reporting to Quality Department Head, to insure compliance with all Company Polices , legal requirements and ISO standards [9001, 22001(FSMS)] • Working with QA/QC teams to achieve QA /QC (KPI’s) [First Time Right (FTR), On Time Release, Non Quality Cost (NQC) and Consumer Complaint Rate] through Leading the QA/QC teams by example promoting professionalism, efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy in on line inspection, laboratory analyses, raw/ packaging material receiving and finished product inspection • Participating in the implementation and follow up of QA/QC programs [HACCAP, QMS, GMP, GLP, integrated pest management] • Insure of Control Processes by reduce variation and minimize cost by use SPC (Statistical Process Control) and Net Content Control (NCC).• Ensures all Laboratory/ inspection equipment are maintained and calibrated as per schedule as part of ICP• Conducts internal Audit on the Quality Management System as per ISO 9001 & ISO 22001 requirements.• Works safely and effectively, ensuring compliance with all safety, quality and environmental policies, procedures and practices.• Participate in TPM/Lean operations to improve the quality and alignment of the process with Key priorities • Coach and train QA/ QC teams on problem solving an GSTD.• Responsible for preparing all QA reports weekly/monthlyAccomplishment:• Participate in implementation of Globe sys (SAP/R3) and train End –Users • Initiate Documentation System according to ISO 9001 & Nestle requirements• Reduce supplier complaint by 20% as results of supplier development • Implementing and maintain Goal Alignment pillar in factory level.
