I have 11+ years of experience in the digital marketing space, using a multimedia and publishing-based approach to boost the reputations of my clients in the media. I use content creation and targeted advertising (both organic and paid) to help individuals and companies build stakeholder trust and create honest brand images. I've teamed up with companies on social media campaigns such as: Canadian Tire, Circle K, TD Canada and The Toronto Star, and provided online reputation management (ORM) services to iTutorGroup, one of China's leading education companies valued at over $1 billion.I was interviewed about ORM in McGraw Hill’s Canadian Guide to Starting Your Own Business 11th edition, used by all Canadian colleges and universities with business degree programs, and authored 3 books on the topic. My YouTube videos have approximately 10 million views with 25,000+ channel subscribers. With a background in digital and broadcast journalism, I have a fundamental understanding of what makes news, what drives clicks and how to tell a good story. My honours project (Published in J-Source) explored strategies for reporting on murder without glorifying the killer. My work has been featured on CBC, Fullscreen, FOX, MarketWatch, AP News, The Guardian and Huddle. I have hosted radio interviews with subjects such as former CBC Chief News Correspondent Peter Mansbridge, Canadian Astronaut Chris Hadfield and host of CBC Radio One's the Next Chapter, Shelagh Rogers. I teach the number one ORM course for removing negative Google links, with over 1,000 students. My online courses have 120,000+ students from over 165 countries learning about subjects such as: marketing, self-development, audio production and public speaking. During this time, I published five books on online reputation management, marketing and public relations. I worked remotely between 2019 and 2022, continuing to build my online business while working out of co-working and startup hubs in countries such as: Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, China, Turkey, Albania, Ukraine, the UK, Germany and Switzerland.
