• Responsible for Civil works and finishing items• Organize and Manage junior staff all way through proceeding Activities, reporting to project Manager.• Executive and checking that all activities are in accordance with the contract and highlighting any problems to the concerned parties.• Coordinate with sub consultants to ensure proper coordination of all progressive works.• Prepare the Daily report and submit to consultant.• Assuring Quality Control for all works carried out by the Subcontractor.• Follow up and discussing all drawings and NOC’s to all designated authorities and governmental institutions to obtain approvals.• Controlling Projects cost, Time Scope and Quality.• Submit site inspections to consultant.• Prepare the monthly payment and submitted to consultant.• Calculate and submit the material requisition to office.• Coordinate with the supplier until delivered material to site.• Coordinate all drawing with other disciplines including architectural design &structure and MEP.
