After almost 30 years working in multinational, I can lead one of them.My Job as a packaging development, suppliers development / relations and auditing adding on this in the last 15 years the Savings projects management and New Project Introduction gave me the experience to how to deal with professional and non professional people and end with the need results FTR satisfying internal and external customers with optimum cost and high quality.I developed local organizations and I helped them with the need systems and management skills to be in line with Multinational / international companies.My experience is not only a technical experience in all packaging types ( Cartons, Plastic films, injection, blowing, Tins, Glass, cans..... ) it is mutual in managing people, teach people, let people like what they are doing.Managing Saving projects to improve profit is one of my specialities.My responsibilities in the Multinational, starting from P&G till the current Job ( Heineken ) helped me to have not only a good technicality, but as well a very good management skills, negotiation skills and materials management and planning.On top of that, I started with all the Multinational companies, once they started to be Multinational, i.e, I was a partner in building the company system.Through my Carrier I Managed a lot of Projects from scratch.I supported my experience with learning, to be not only a practical experience, but to be as well academic.Adding to my technical learning, I have a bachelor of Marketing, AUC Diploma in Total Quality Management.I hope to use my experience in building multinationals future.
