• Traveled to Greece along with 15 colleagues to assist Syrian/Afghan refugees• Utilized my Arabic language fluency and served as a liaison between refugees and staff members• Partnered with nine local nonprofits such as Our House, LSWB Athens, Hestia Hella, and more• Facilitated childcare workshops, teaching English, food and clothing distribution, and securing temporary housing • Raised money to purchase a car for a local NGO, Our House, to assist with their operations. • Organized a week-long awareness campaign at NYU upon return which included an open mic, documentary screening, interactive refugee experience, and panel discussion for over 200 participants • Managed equipment logistics and cost, permissions for venue, donations, posters for awareness, catering and more• Acquired over $10,000 donations that were then given to the nonprofits we partnered with in Greece

• Performed major & light repairs/diagnosis on new and old Model S, X & 3• Designed and built a specialized tool to help with drive unit removal procedure• The team and I actively worked to identify choke points and then come up with creative solutions • Documented and cataloged vehicle repairs with concise and informative language that colleagues could follow• Worked with 8 techs to achieve a goal of 15+ repairs a day while thinking of processes to continuously improve

• Shadowed and assisted multiple project engineers by working on real technical write-ups and work orders to create cost effective solutions for maintenance problems. • Analyzed repeated maintenance issues to identify the cause• Worked on purchasing maintenance parts for the best price and quality
