I have 20 years of professional multi-sector experience in developing leaders, building capabilities, honing talents, designing and managing talent development projects, and measuring the impact of programs, processes and projects. I led L&D projects in + 30 countries worldwide.My life mission is to make a positive change in this world through supporting change in behaviors. I value inspiration as a leadership style over command control. I prefer a collaborative management style in which employees are treated as mature individuals who have the capability to contribute to business. I’m a firm believer that businesses can only grow through people and people will grow with the business. I constantly try to promote the philosophy that better relationships are based on serving clients, people, suppliers and team members to make their life better which in turn will benefit all.I’ve worn many hats in my career – business developer, manager, consultant, researcher, assessor, facilitator, coach and CEO.
