CurrentN H Food stands for "Natural Healthy Food". Having travelled the world and experienced foods from different cuisines and worked closely with master chefs, I very much believe that tasteful shouldn't be complex, and simple food ingredients can be flavourful when smartly combined. Therefore, my mission is to go across miles to source natural healthy ingredients to develop simple yet innovative tasteful products to create smiles on faces from farmers to consumers and everyone in between. Hence my slogan "Across Miles to Create Smiles".KABKEB is my first Canadian born brand with focus on manufacturing frozen kibbeh making it the first Canadian specialized kibbeh brand. Kibbeh is a specialty Eastern Mediterranean popular food item consumed across the Middle-East as an appetizer or main course. It is widely popular across latin America as well. Kibbeh fits very well my corporate mission for being a simple ingredients item yet tasteful, healthy and delicious. Its made with Canadian bulgur (par-boiled cracked whole wheat) Ontario beef and special spice and herbs mix. This is in addition to Kibbeh with Pomegranate, Chicken Kibbeh and Vegan Spinach Kibbeh.
