Procurement and Sales Management:- Create purchase orders and bills from vendors.- Monitor cost of goods sold prices from vendors.- Generate sales orders with essential details (customer name, ordered items, sales price based on customer type) and schedule delivery by sales representatives.- Upon successful delivery by the sales representative, transition the sales order to an invoice for customer balance reconciliation.- Track inventory movements from sales, purchases, and stock updates.Payment and Reporting Management:- Receive payments from customers via sales representatives and record them in the system.- Deposit received payments into the safe and update the cash account in the system.- Regularly calculate and generate required reports such as Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Inventory Status, Vendor and Customer Balances, Aging Summaries, etc., on a monthly basis.
