I am responsible for clerical responsibilities like scanning, printing, document organization, and receptionist duties while supporting Gabelli's event organization. In addition, I work alongside the dean advisors, where I facilitate student check-in/appointments and assist with student inquiries.

Planning and organizing special admission-based and community-building events for the students' families was a significant responsibility of this role as this institution emphasized fostering a strong community and supportive environment for all students and families. Although this role involved responsibilities different from finance, it set the foundation for meaningful, transferrable values and abilities that will be beneficial throughout my career.

Throughout this Finance & HR Analyst internship, I had the opportunity to participate in two different departments, allowing me to develop a diverse skill set and broaden my professional experience.As an HR Analyst, I assisted with employee termination through tasks like access termination and offboarding meetings. Also, I managed the records of employee onboarding and offboarding processes that allowed for an efficient transition for both new hires and departing employees. The Financial aspect of the internship required the management of procurement through the Procurify platform. This responsibility included communicating with vendors, facilitating payments, and monitoring inventory management to ensure a smooth procurement process.
