I am a 2020 graduate from the University of Minnesota (UMN) Twin Cities with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Chemistry and Bioproducts Engineering. Having completed my Bachelor's Degree, I have learnt the complexity of industrial systems and the importance of being meticulous in terms of safety because usually, the smaller things that we dismiss are the ones that cause issues.I have recently finished my research project for Master of Philosophy while being a graduate research assistant and currently waiting my verification for graduation. The research revolved around not only pyrolysis technology but also catalyst synthesis. The process was very challenging for me to accomplish, but with patience, resilience and the commitment to the project, I managed to synthesize the catalyst and successfully apply it to my pyrolysis process. When I am taking a break from doing work, I love to read and learning (both academically and non-academically) on the side! Early November 2020, I just finished taking an online course on Introduction to Sustainability on Coursera because I hadn't had the chance to enroll in such classes in my undergraduate degree and it was a very eye-opening course indeed.If you have any questions, feel free to message me and add me as your connection!
