CurrentRecruitment- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand the needs of specific roles and job description- Screen and evaluate candidates based on requirements or qualifications- Conduct interview the candidates and gather feedback from the Hiring Managers on the outcome of the interviewPeople Development- Collaborate with Managers to understand the needs of specific training for people development program- Create department’s metric as development program stages- Provide training based on the needs (external training or internal training)Performance Appraisal- Collaborate with Managers to understand better employees day to day basis in order to set KPI- Translate employees KPI into scorecard as scoring tools- Create survey form as qualitative & quantitative evaluation- Conduct performance appraisalGeneral- Mediator between employees and management- Create HR SOP based on the needs- People issues
