Nadia is a global, strategic leader who can successfully build cross-functional teams within an Investment Bank. She has a 20-year track record on Wall Street for getting strong results in challenging regulatory and economic environments.Nadia has recently taken on a new role as COO of Jefferies Wealth Management, one of the fastest growing businesses within the firm. Nadia will draw on her decade-long experience leading Corporate Access at Jefferies where she built an international team of 25+ professionals, built strong relationships across the buyside, partnered closely with Research and Investment Banking and has been a strategic partner to CEOs, CFOs and Investor Relations Officers across all sectors.Nadia has a strong foundation in analytics based on her early experiences in High Yield Research at JPMorgan and Corporate Finance at American Express. Over time, she has been able to marry her analytical skills with her ability to form and sustain strong client relationships, which makes Nadia uniquely positioned to excel in both areas.Nadia has a passion for DEI, as the founder and co-head of Jefferies’ Black and Latinx employee resource group. She has been a change agent at the firm who has led initiatives to increase diversity at the undergraduate and lateral recruiting levels, to create career paths for diverse professionals at the firm and to build Jefferies’ brand as a workplace of choice for diverse hires.Nadia has expanded her leadership abilities to the non-profit arena, as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Board of Trustees at CentraState Healthcare System (a partner of Atlantic Healthcare) in NJ. She also chairs the Audit and DEI committees within the board. Nadia was a key member of the team that evaluated and ultimately approved CentraState’s latest strategic partnership with Atlantic Health System, which has two of the top 5 hospitals in NJ according to US News & World Report.Over the years, Nadia has moderated and been a part of countless panels. She enjoys speaking in public forums and has a relatability and talent for “storytelling” that motivates and inspires others.Nadia received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is a proud alumni of both schools and an active member of recruiting at the undergrad and post-grad levels.
