I am responsible for managing and creating content for Elyssar Press, a small publishing company based in Redlands CA since 2008. I work on increasing engagement, growing the publishing house's following, and promoting their many published books/ebooks on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. I also help analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust their strategies accordingly to achieve better results.

As the WCC Foundation web content manager, I supported sub-site updates and network improvement projects at the WCC Foundation, using Granicus platform. I tackled the following responsibilities:• Provide excellent customer and team support service to Foundation staff and Foundation stakeholders• Attend and manage WCC Foundation website planning meetings as requested• Make regular updates to the Foundation website upon request and work with Foundation Strategic Communications staff to integrate the latest content into sites• Audit current website for UI/UX * (User interface/User experience)• Make updates to the current Foundation website in preparation for transfer to refreshed website and facilitate requests with WCC Webmaster as requested• Research and manage the most effective Foundation Web Forms, including translated forms, and provide regular updates for strategic Foundation communications channels• Support development and content for Alumni and other Foundation correlating web pages and platform development upon request• Create documentation and how-to templates for accessing Foundation web forms and e-notifications• Compare the future sub-site design with current content, identifying needed changes and appropriately grouping content for maximum influence on viewers• Work with Foundation staff and utilize existing documentation/written material to update copy and content and suggest graphics/photos as appropriate for new sub-site• Curate photos, images, and graphics from the WCC Foundation or related resources for current and future use• Support content migration review and clean up when complete.• Research accessibility needs and requirements for Foundation platforms and integrate these platforms into the sub-site with the prioritization of alumni and grant administration platforms.
