I cultivated my brand social media pages that gain over 9k followers in less than a year with high engagement (likes, comments) and drove footfall and sales to my website through video, audio, and written content.

Through sexual wellness education, talks, workshops, and guided experiences we encourage you to feel safe and seen whether you want to reshape your sexual self or are taking the first crucial steps on your own journey to a healthy sexual identity. As CoFounder I generated both our visual and verbal messaging along with brand strategy. Developing the brand's social media content strategy and calendar, I sourced collaborations to create educational material including live/online events, written articles, and ebooks and cultivated relationships with both brands and experts to plan and organise the school's marketing vision.

I managed mail-order operations in conjunction with Amazon and eBay and dealt with customer complaints and queries online. Responsible for maintaining shop floor stock levels and presentation. I assisted with educational erotic workshops both in-store and externally. Provided informed advice to customers on matters relating to their sexual wellbeing.

Assisting the Director in making the product life simple and problem free through project management, design concept through to delivery. Developed and improved new and existing products including propriety and licensees such as pet toys and treats as well as interior furnishings for major brands such as Warner Bros, John Lewis, Matalan and Pets at Home. I constructed and tested prototypes and evaluated and searched for improvements to existing products according to changing customer needs, product complaints/dissatisfaction, internal production difficulties or opportunities for other customer markets.

Responsible for the recruitment, training and development of 25 staff and all aspects of management including rota, payroll, disciplinaries and appraisals. I was commercially aware and maintained and exceeded KPIs. Profit and loss accountable while minimising stock loss. I successfully implemented an improved and streamlined stock take, while cutting payroll by 7 and employed initiatives to reduce stock loss, which lowered from 7% to 2%. Tracked best / worst sellers and analysed and forecasted weekly/monthly, and quarterly figures, and managed both security and store maintenance and Licensee products. Maintained the stores HR Files including payroll calculations.
