Mise en place d'un système d'amélioration du suivi de la qualité des matières textiles.- audit des sites de production- création de procédures de formalisation des actions qualité toile et soie- amelioration de l'organisation interne de la qualité des matières (masters, référentiels, suivi des productions...)- contact permanent avec les fournisseurs de toile soir et sangles pour mettre en place des amélioration
