Nadia is an admitted attorney and has extensive experience and specializes in Family Law, Litigation, Corporate, Mining and Environmental Law. She heads up the Family Law division, which includes divorces, custody related matters, contact rights, maintenance matters as well as removing abused children and place them in safe care. Nadia works with a dedicated team of social workers and therapists, fulfilling the emotional needs of her clients as well as the minor children involved. She also has experience in Litigation, Corporate, Mining and Environmental Law. Nadia forms part of the Mining and Environmental Law division where she assists in drafting commercial agreements and advising clients on regulatory matters.
