I am a communication professional with 13 years of experiences of strategic and digital communications. After accomplishing my master's in science from Liverpool Hope University in the UK, I began my full-time career with ActionAid Bangladesh. In 2013, I joined the country's largest agri-business market development programme named Katalyst, implemented by Swisscontact. I was involved in consolidating and anchoring the project's learning and experiences with key public and private partners in Bangladesh. The project ended in 2018. My experiences demonstrated strategic leadership, knowledge management and managing partners through efficient advocacy.In August of 2018, I began working as a Digital Diplomacy Officer for the Press and Communications department of the British High Commission. As a digital lead, I am mainly focal for supporting British High Commission Bangladesh’s digital footprint by ensuring that Mission's channels have bright, innovative and targeted contents that supports cross mission network campaigns, priorities and services. I have produced more than 100 audiovisuals for the Head of Missions. I’m a skilled in operating digital software i.e. Adobe Creative Suite. I am expertise in strategic and project communications, knowledge management, managing stakeholders, and developing knowledge products, maintaining liaison with both national and local government. I've attended more than 30 training courses, majoring on communications conducted both online and aboard.I possess all qualities that render me a better candidate. I am a hard worker who works well with people of diverse backgrounds. I have self-confidence in me to face any challenges and overcome with success. I am very sincere, dedicated and honest with my profession, which makes me different from others. I believe in teamwork and working cooperatively with colleagues. It includes demonstrations of willingness to work jointly, respond positively to the request made of peer and supervisors, ability to adjust and continue with patience. I am capable of managing excessive workload effectively under tight deadlines and able to produce maximum volume of work efficiently, ensuring the quality output. Strategic Contents: Develop and produce insight-driven strategic contents by prioritising the UK government’s bilateral and multilateral support to Bangladesh. Developed the BHC Digital strategy in 2018. Driving-up the quality and volume of digital contents by using the latest technology. Managing business plan, monthly and weekly content planner. Playing a crisis communications role during crisis i.e. flood, cyclone, humanitarian etc.Branding and Events: Ensure the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office's corporate brand is visible, promoted and implemented in Bangladesh. Plan, organise, execute and implement the flagship events e.g. King’s Birthday Party, Commonwealth Day, Remembrance Day, Policy Talk, Strategic discussion, Panel Discussions, Chevening Reception are few of the leading events.
