Job Scope: - Managing an extensive portfolio of existing partners in the gambling sector and monitoring their day-to-day commercial performance;- Handling the daily task flow, including but no limited to liasing with the external partners, as well as internally with the other departments to ensure quick and efficient issuing resolutions;- Building a successful relationship with the existing clients through email and phone, and ensuring that face to face contact is achieved when possible (on site meetings, expos, conferences etc.);- Developing the existing partnerships to maximize revenue - opening up new currencies and markets, organizing marketing activities, etc.;- Negotiating commercials when on-boarding new partners as well as re-negotiating terms with the existing partners; preparing contracts;- Managing internal projects aimed at improving work flows and/or maximizing revenue;- Cross-selling new products and features;- Attending exhibitions, conferences and events focused on gambling and/or payments;- Keeping up-to-date with developments in both the payments and the gambling sector, especially in terms of (local) regulation;- Carrying out due diligence together with compliance team, and ensuring all company documents required for our partners are on file.
