● Over 20 years of experience using an anti-oppression, health equity participatory approach to engaging and working with communities from diverse equity-seeking groups especially in HIV affected communities and local public health agencies to both reduce barriers to services and increase and coordinate community participation in the development, delivery and evaluation of programs, strategies, and action plans ● Over 5 years of experience in education with in both the non-profit and academic sector, including curriculum development, English language instruction, teacher training, program evaluation, school administration and marketing● 10+ years of experience working in sexual and mental health promotion specifically around HIV/AIDS and STIs. Including community development projects in health education, HIV and Hep C prevention education, public education, handling confidential client files, STI/HIV counseling and testing, community outreach, project management, communications and social media, curriculum development, building sustainable partnerships, community-based health research, harm reduction, assessment and evaluation, community engagement, diversity training, project coordination● 10 years of experience in the use of conflict mediation, resolution and facilitation skills to support the development and maintenance of resident-led networks, partnerships, and initiatives to develop policy recommendations and strategies that meet the objectives of both program and community goals● Extensive experience in community-based research, data collection, EMR, database management and analysis, report writing, environmental scans, needs assessments ● Extensive experience in social media strategies, managing a variety of web-based and app platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and blog accounts, designing graphics, producing video and a web series
