My design philosophy: to truly help people is to truly know people. I am a Product Designer who enjoys using human-centered design principles to cultivate conversation, connection, and understanding. My priority is always empathy, as I strive to create space for even those with the smallest voices to be heard.Making connections and assisting the people in my community makes my work fulfilling and worthwhile. My experiences at Inspírame, World Design Capital 2024, and UC San Diego Design Lab have allowed me to design for and improve my community in various ways. These collaborative opportunities have not only allowed me to sharpen my practical design skills but also learn and grow with my community as we all work together to improve how we move about the world.
