Current- Responsible for recording overall sales numbers, each servers individual sales numbers, and their tip out.- Conduct inventory tracking and stocking supplies- Assist with additional operational tasks within the establishment, such as updating social media accounts, assisting with payroll, and recording sales information- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation and special requests - Assist guests in order selection by promoting specific menu items and specials- Collect payments and balance transactions with receipts
