RSC works closely with the Management team to provide supportive services to current residents. RSC assist with any mitigating issues or other issues relating to resident housing needs. He/she deals with all lease violation issues and provide lease education. RSC completes all request for Reasonable Accommodations. RSC Completes Youth Rap grants with assistance from her Supervisor/Grant Manager. RSC is responsible for insuring that all Tap programs and activities for her site is scheduled. This includes setting up and preparing all flyers relating to these events. RSC provides Case Management and free notary services to Residents for annual recertification purposes.
