AssoBio is a membership-based business association that focuses on the organic business community in Italy. AssoBio's mission is to promote ethical consumerism, promoting and protecting the growth of organic trade to benefit the environment, farmers, the public and the economy.AssoBio brings processors, distributors, retailers together to promote and protect the growing organic sector. It represents its members to government on sector needs, market development and promotion, and organic standards and regulations. My duties include compiling the company financial reports, implementing business strategies and optimising the organisation's operational capabilities.

ManiTese is a Non-Governmental Organization which has been fighting to achieve social, economic and environmental justice around the world for over 60 years. We operate in Africa, Asia and Latin America, with projects for international cooperation to develop an independent and sustainable economy together with local communities. My role consists in providing guidance on key issues such as fundraising, program development and advocacy.

Born in 2013, EcoMuvi was created by introducing the principles of environmental, social and economic sustainability into the audiovisual sector to create a flexible protocol adaptable to sets' needs. EcoMuvi analyzes the different production phases of each department and for each one proposes active practices to reduce the impact and improve the working conditions of the supply chain: this process facilitates the sustainable transition of the professionals and processes involved. My role consists in assisting the Board in improving their systems and processes, evaluating company communication's strategies and market research and identifying potential opportunities.

John Richmond UK Limited is a global retail company which has built an extensive distribution network internationally. Thanks to the italian idustries Falber Fashion Srl and Falber Confezioni Srl, the company committed to creating and developing the John Richmond group of high-end fashion brands: John Richmond, Richmond, Husky e Rodolphe Menudier.My role reported directly to the CEO, while also working collaboratively with Retail Manager in Germany, Austria, UK and France, with responsibility to present to the board sales strategies, analysis and performance metrics on a regular basis. Tasks and responsibilities included: managing projects and conducting research by preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, collect and analyze research and data on consumers and various markets to identify trends and potentials, user biases and preferences, provide draft communications and marketing materials, and conduct HR functions. Coordinate meetings and special events, online marketing activities in order to strengthen the company's position on the international market also by hosting corporates and participating in marketing and roadshow events.

Corporate and private banking services were offered by a single bank in each sector - Unicredit Banca d'Impresa and Unicredit Private Banking, respectively. All activities from Banca di Roma, Banco di Sicilia and Bipop-Carire were transferred to the two Unicredit specialized banks. This lead to the enhancement of leasing/factoring business through MCC operations into Locat and Unicredit Factoring. IT & backoffices operations were transferred to UniCredit Processes and Administration (UPA). During this acquisition/merger operation my role and activities included:meeting with and interviewing corporate and personal customers, discussing their financial requirements and providing appropriate financial advice; advising corporate clients about mergers, acquisitions, capital markets; preparing lending agreements; promoting the bank's services.
